Description
Recommended Brewing:
Our favourite ways to brew Pranoy’s Pride are with the AeroPress, and with a good Pour-Over. However, as with all good City Roasts, they are very versatile and can be brewed to your preference.
The Story:
Kerehaklu is where Pranoy’s coffees grow, symbiotically living alongside the lush indigenous forest of Chikmagalur, Karnataka. What we love about this place is the importance they give to maintaining and restoring the biodiversity in these forests. It is a green haven tucked away in the Western Ghats, spread across 270 acres and a 15 minute drive from the closest village of Aldur, making it a secluded getaway populated with diverse flora and fauna. Besides the care taken in cultivation, Pranoy follows post-harvesting methods very diligently, hence producing a great signature cup.
