We chose the cold drip because of the clarity of flavour that it offers. As opposed to the cold brew, which is an immersive brewing method, cold drip is a percolation brewing method. In other words, once the coffee is extracted, the coffee drips down into a chamber and does not keep on extracting.
Once received, do keep in a refrigerated environment. Shake well before consuming and, once opened consume within 24 hours.

How to Enjoy this Cold Drip?

The Still
Add a big square ice cube to a whisky glass and pour the drip over it.
Sip, chill and enjoy the purest version of the coffee.
If you enjoy your coffee with milk or syrups:
The Milky Way
Fill a glass half full or half empty with ice, and pour your drip over it.
Dose an approximate 50ml of milk, followed by your syrup of choice, perhaps a spiced Irish syrup.
And, if you enjoy your coffee with alcohol:
Double Trouble
Add to a shaker the cold drip, a double shot of vodka, a drizzle of Molasses syrup, and ice. Thoroughly shake the shaker.
