This Arabica coffee is grown in between a narrow valley adjacent to a reserved forest. The fertile soil, abundant rains and thick
shade offer the best conditions to grow coffee organically. Above 1200 mts, with cold nights and warm days coffee matures
slowly producing a sweet fruit and a hard bean. At Neri Malai we create our own micro lots to produce the blend, practicing
different methods from slow sun dried to long fermentations.
