Description
Robert Frost’s ‘The Road Not Taken’ is a poetry each one us has read at least once in our childhood or at some point in our life. Sourced from the offbeat region of Yercaud in the Shevaroy Hills of Tamil Nadu, Julien Peak has a very distinct taste and has something for everyone, a true connoisseur’s coffee.
Aroma
The smell of the brew is an amalgamation of floral notes, spirits, the sweetness of malt and bananas. When tasted, you have floral citric notes that come forward, with pleasant tartness with subtle notes of wine and fresh biscuits.
Body
The coffee has a real syrupy body with a taste of ripe berries.
Acidity
It has a real bright and a winey acidity which will snap at you instantly.
Once done, you are left with a thin after taste. It pairs perfectly well with some heavy snacks like pancakes and scones.
